We will create a model which includes an onsite recruitment team, offsite resourcing team, strategic leadership and attraction collateral. We embed improved people, processes and practices for you to take control of in the future.
We take responsibility for all recruitment; whilst working towards the transfer of team, processes and candidates at the end of the programme. We employ all recruitment personnel, manage all attraction and agency costs.
